You must also comply with the rules of the relevant third-party platform.

MOROZ GAMES does not control the availability, policies, accounts, or technical operation of third-party platforms.

6. Discord applications and integrations

Official MOROZ GAMES Discord applications may be used for functions such as:

• displaying game activity;
• Rich Presence;
• game invitations;
• joining multiplayer sessions;
• interacting with the official Discord server;
• other game- and community-related features.

The available features may change depending on the product, game version, and Discord capabilities.

Use of Discord is also governed by Discord's terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, games, software, logos, names, graphics, video, music, sounds, text, design, and other materials are owned by MOROZ GAMES or used under an appropriate licence.

You may not copy, sell, publish, modify, or use these materials commercially without permission, except where expressly allowed by law, a product licence, or the rules of the relevant platform.

These Terms do not prevent ordinary videos, streams, screenshots, reviews, or other good-faith content about our games, provided that the content does not imply an official partnership with or affiliation to MOROZ GAMES.

8. User content

If a service allows you to submit messages, reviews, bug reports, suggestions, images, or other content, you must have the right to submit it.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent content or materials that infringe the rights of others.

Submitting feedback or a suggestion does not require MOROZ GAMES to implement it or pay compensation.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or supported on every device.

MOROZ GAMES does not guarantee:

• that progress, settings, or local data will never be lost;
• the continued availability of external platforms;
• that a service will meet a user's particular expectations.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOROZ GAMES is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of access, or damage caused by third-party platforms.

MOROZ GAMES' total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant product during the previous 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.
